Can you ship to my address?

We are currently shipping to United States and Canada addresses. Orders must be shipped to a physical address. Buyer is responsible for all import duty fees and taxes. We will not falsify information on our shipments.

What shipping carrier do you use?

To help keep costs down, which in turn, keeps our prices low for our customers, we currently ship via UPS or USPS. Due to limitations with shipping Lithium batteries, we will ship these orders UPS only.

How much can I expect to pay for shipping?

Your estimated shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Large orders may be shipped in multiple boxes.

Your system said there is an error getting shipping prices, what do I do?

This happens when items exceed a certain weight and/or dimension. We ask that you contact us if you plan to place a large order. We can customize a shipping rate that best suits your items. We can typically get most orders down to one box at a better rate than the quote provided by our shopping cart. We may invoice you separately for these shipping charges.


How do I return something?

Simply complete the form on our Contact Us page or by phone at (570) 309-0080. When we receive your RMA, it will be inspected and processed for a refund or exchange. We recommend taking photos of the items before you package and return them. Photos will be taken of the items when they arrive. If the item carries a manufacturer's warranty, you may contact either them directly. We work very closely with our manufacturers in order to provide the very best products and customer experience.

Most items are returnable within 30 days of purchase for a refund, store credit or exchange for same item. Items must be unopened in original packaging for a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. Opened and used items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Defective (30 days) or DOA (7 days) items will be exchanged for the same item (no restocking fee). If the purchased item is no longer available, a similar product with similar specifications will be substituted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you received the incorrect or DOA item, we will pay for return shipping and get you the correct item out to you as quickly as possible. You should expect to receive your refund within 5 days after your item has been processed through our Returns Department. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We want to help you have the best buying experience with us. We want to work with you in the best way possible. We do understand that there are people that try to take advantage of the return system. We try to maintain a high level of quality. In order to maintain this, we have to enforce our restocking fee. This helps minimize the "Broke it, buy a new one, return the broken one"  syndrome. We have serial numbers for 99% of our products for quality tracking.
