I have questions, how do I contact you?

Due to to the large amount of unwanted spam, we ask that you create an account to view the Contact Us page. This gives us the ability to block spam form filling bots. Fake accounts are easily deleted and permanently blocked.


I have a large order but your website cannot calculate shipping, what should I do?

If you are placing a large order that contains many different items, we ask that you contact us for a shipping quote. In most cases, very large orders will ship in multiple boxes. When a box reaches 50 US pounds and/or it is physically too large to fit into one box, we break it down into multiple boxes. Often times, if you have a very large order, we can quote a better shipping rate than what our site calculates.




What payment methods do you accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, PayPal Credit, Check, Postal MoneyOrder or Cash in person. DO NOT MAIL CASH! Personal checks need up to 7 days to clear. We may contact your bank to verify that your check is valid before it is deposited into our account. Your order will not ship until your check clears our bank. There is a $50 NFS fee applies to returned checks and this must be paid via credit card within 30 days. If this is not settled in 30 days, your account will be submitted to a collection agency for further collections. Please avoid this!



Do you have preorder sales?

Yes we do! Occasionally we will have preorder sales for high demand products. This allows us to place large orders with our suppliers. When we save a lot of money, especially on shipping we pass these savings on to you. Keep in mind, preorder sales last about 30 days. Once the sale ends, we place the orders with our suppliers. It can take 30-60 days for these orders to come in, be inventoried and shipped to you.

Can I cancel my preorder?

No. All preorders are final. To reduce the number of charge-backs, we will process your payment at the time of your order. The money goes into our escrow account until the sale ends. Once the sale ends, we place the order with our suppliers. If you prefer to not buy during our preorder sale, you are more than welcome to wait until our regular stock is available. Keep in mind, if you receive a defective item, it will be under warranty. We don't start your warranty until you receive your items.

Why would I buy during a preorder sale?

Preorder sales allow us to place large orders and save money. This also guarantees you will receive the number of items you ordered.
